We are so excited to have you join us!! Our dance tutorials are made to get absolutely EVERYONE grooving and having fun, no matter what their dance level, age or body type.

WHERE DO I START?

Before you get cracking, you should know that we have divided our tutorials up into three levels - all suitable for beginners!

I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I STILL DANCE?

Our routines are designed to be relatively low impact, but if there is anything that might stress your joints, the secondary instructor in the video will always be doing the LOW IMPACT version of the routine. And do feel free to adapt any of the moves to suit you and your body! If you have a serious or ongoing injury though it’s best to check with your doctor before trying any exercise.

We would recommend starting here! If you’ve never learnt choreography before, it’s definitely best to start with Level 1!

Level 3 is perfect for people who really want a challenge! If you’re new to dancing choreography, work towards these by starting at Level 1 and 2 first!
