Time to Flash Mob…Team building Workshops!
Our Time to Flash Mob! half day workshops include a fun dance lesson with our choreographers, learning fun moves to a manageable medley mix that cleverly takes into account varying abilities within the team. Then we’ll take your team outdoors to a big public space, where they’ll be taken through warmup performance exercises of ‘freezing’ as a group (great fun!) before performing the flash mob they learnt in rehearsal!

BENEFITS OF FLASH MOBBING
1. WORKING THE BODY- We do a fun and manageable warmup to get the blood flowing to some really popular and energising tunes.
2. WORKING THE BRAIN - picking up choreography can be challenging, but with our encouragement and patience, teams can really thrive when they grasp the moves and start to have fun with it.
3. PUSHING YOUR LIMITS - as our choreography is cleverly designed to begin with more challenging moves and get easier as it goes, we let individuals in the group choose where to come in where they feel comfortable - but by the end of the class, people are often surprising themselves with their abilities and we encourage them to push themselves to come in earlier than they might have first thought!
4. BEING BRAVE - doing anything in public needs bravery, and once your team have stepped out into a public square and danced, they’ll never be afraid of public speaking again! But the invigoration and sense of achievement that comes after the dance is done, can’t be rivalled - 100% of our clients say they wish they could do it again.
5. TEAMWORK! They’re in it together the whole step of the way. There are no solos here and everyone has someone by their side, with constant encouragement and high fives from us. Team members can be seen throughout the day helping each other out with the moves too!
